This notice explains the contact and booking features on the Margin Made AI website. For questions or requests about your information, email contact@marginmadeai.com.
Enquiry information
The form collects your name, email address, service selection and message, plus a company or website if supplied. If you arrive from a service or package link, its context is included so we can respond to the right request. Please do not include sensitive information or passwords.
Why we use it
We use the details to answer your enquiry, discuss the services you request and manage that conversation. Depending on the request, this is to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Form delivery and bookings
Enquiries are sent through Web3Forms to the configured business inbox. Your email is used as Reply-To so we can reply directly. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its processing arrangements.
Booking buttons open the selected individual’s Calendly page. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly as described in Calendly’s privacy notice. A calendar is not embedded on this website. Hosting and these service providers may process technical connection information and may operate outside the UK.
Website operation and demonstrations
The website is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy. The fictional examples run in your browser. They do not send emails, make calls, create CRM records or collect personal details. No advertising pixels or optional analytics are enabled in the current source.
Retention and access
We use enquiry information for the conversation and relevant follow-up. Contact us to ask what information is held and request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Contractual or legal record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing where applicable. Email contact@marginmadeai.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Keeping this notice accurate
This notice describes the current website features, not a claim of legal certification. The business should confirm its full controller details, retention schedule and service-provider transfer arrangements as part of its privacy review before publication. We have not invented a legal entity name, address or registration number.
